OUTCOME SYSTEM Every engagement creates evidence
This workflow turns completed engagements into private learning, verified outcomes, and permission-based reputation assets. It is designed for internal use and customer follow-up.
STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
Send the promised decision record and action plan. Record the engagement reference, delivery date, scope, and founder or analyst time.
Ask what decision was made, what action was taken, what remained unclear, and whether time, cost, or risk was protected.
Separate customer-confirmed facts from internal estimates. Use conservative ranges and retain the supporting email or record.
Offer four choices: private only, anonymous case study, named testimonial, or named case study with logo. Silence is not consent.
Redact sensitive details, preserve the customer’s meaning, and send the final wording for approval before publishing.
At 30 and 90 days, update the outcome only when a material decision, submission, award, loss, saving, or operational result can be confirmed.
CAPTURE THE RESULT
Complete this after the customer check-in. The record opens as a reviewable email to CanadaBuysGuide so confidential information is not automatically published or sent to analytics.
PUBLICATION RULE
Do not publish a logo, name, title, quotation, tender identifier, buyer, supplier, exact price, or outcome without recorded permission. Anonymous examples must be sufficiently altered or generalized to prevent reasonable identification.
Never imply that a bid decision service caused an award. Report the actual result: clearer decision, requirement identified, hours protected, risk exposed, model corrected, submission completed, or post-award execution improved.
